80's crush take two

Thanks (again) Nicki, Suze, M Pax for the fun blogfest!

Since I'm a spaz and accidentally posted this back in January, you can check out my 80's crushes here. This time, I'm opting to show some THEN and NOW heartthrobs. Enjoy :)

1980  Richard Gere and American Gigolo

1981  Harrison Ford and Indiana Jones

1982 Sean Penn and Fast Times at Ridgemont High

1983 Matt Dillon and The Outsiders

1984  Kevin Bacon and Footloose

1985
Paul Walker and Highway to Heaven

1986  Val Kilmer and Top Gun

1987  Johnny Depp and 21 Jump Street

1988  Christian Slater and Heathers

1989  Mark-Paul Gosselaar and Saved by the Bell

Leo just missed the 80's, his episodes of Growing Pains aired in 1990

Yeah, the 80's were full of hunks...

Were any of these heartthrobs your 80's crush?
I think one of the men above is the most gorgeous man on the planet, can you guess which one he is?

    1. I used to love Silver Spoons! I forgot about that! I think Kevin Bacon is better with age, Val Kilmer not as much, still good looking thought :)

  3. Doesn't Johnny Depp wrinkle? I don't get why he doesn't wrinkle. He is amazing. I totally forgot about Christian Slater, but at the time, he was good-looking crazy (literally) Thanks for the updated picture of Kevin Bacon, too. He's one who got better with age!

    1. Yeah, those pics of Kevin Bacon are the epitome of men getting better looking with age :) Loved crazy Christian Slater! Johnny Depp is gonna look tremendous at 100 :)

  8. Gosh, I was busy having babies (and raising them) in '80, '81, '85 & '89, so I didn't get to watch much TV (working mom), but Matt Dillon always stood out to me as super hot. Kevin Bacon looks better in the Now pic. Jenny's comment about the moose knuckle is funny. I wouldn't even know what that meant if my daughter hadn't clued me in! I didn't even know who Paul Walker was until I saw the movie Running Scared (an awesome, suspenseful movie - warning: violence & colorful language!). Tom Cruise was my heart throb for years. I'd have to say that Paul Walker is the best looking out of all these guys. So I'll guess that he's also the guy you think is the best looking guy on the planet!

    1. YAY! You got it right! I cheated a bit to get Paul Walker on here :) I think Running Scared is one of his better movies, but then again, I'd watch anything with him in it :)

  10. Whoa! So many men, so many crushes!! And really good ones, too! Love Richard Gere. Johnny Depp is my crush. Paul Walker is a dreamboat now. And Leo, I never thought he'd turn into such a hunky guy, but did you catch him in Blood Diamond? He was awesome and super sexy.

  11. Holy Wow! I don't think you could possibly fill this post with any more delicious yumminess! I have to agree with all of your choices too. Apparently we think alike when it comes to men. Love it!

  12. Ahh . . . Harrison Ford. Always yummy. Who could forget the shirtless volleyball scene in Top Gun?! And Paul Walker (as an adult)--he doesn't even have to speak, he just has to be on camera and look hot.

  14. LOL... oh gawd, I'm so old. I was born in '72, so I'm hesitant to add to the hunk list.

But, if you promise not to laugh... I had pictures of Don Johnson from his Miami Vice years on my wall.

    Oh yeah. *hides face*

  15. I'm still pissed that Fast Times at Ridgemont High isn't on Netflix Instant. Phoebe Cates tops my list.
