Best of the Best--Synopsis

I finally have come to a place where I needed to write a synopsis for Birds of a Feather. However, it's been ages since I wrote one for My Protector. And since that didn't lead to a #1 Best Seller, I sort of tucked it away into the forget-I-ever-wrote-that category. Suffice to say, I needed a refresher on how to write a synopsis.

    I should probably go back and read some of these posts. I've got my synopsis for the WIP I'm querying, but I haven't looked at it lately. Maybe my fresh eyes will give me a new view.

    Thanks for the suggestions! I'll have to check them out. :) I still have no idea how to write a synopsis. (I've sort of been avoiding it.) :P

      I know what you mean. I only wrote one upon request (which makes up for needing to write one).

    Thanks for the links. I hate writing the synopsis. Evil things, and I just can't get them to sound like anything but an automaton wrote it.

    I've written a couple synopsis and don't think even one was good. But it summed it up and that's that. Great links though.

    I HATE writing the synopsis more than anything else in the entire world (perhaps a slight exaggeration). Thanks so much for the links. I'll do anything to make synopsis writing easier or more pleasant. ;)
