I don't know much about Dubai other than it's a city built on imagination. It's distinct architecture, shopping malls and markets, desert and beaches, man-made islands and outlandish hotels, all of which are bound to be entertaining and memorable--definitely alluring.
Would you go?
YES, I would definitely go to Dubai!
ReplyDeleteIt'd be fun!
DeleteNo, but it does look like a cool place.
ReplyDeleteGreat imaginations over there, and then making them into actual places! Cool!
DeleteDubai is a bit tourist-y for me. I prefer to camp in the woods in November with just my husband and dog for company. Yet I'm so glad nobody else likes that kind of vacation, because we'd have too much company! See you around the A to Z Challenge!
ReplyDeleteI would gather that it's pretty quiet and peaceful that time of year :)
DeleteProbably not, but I like looking at the pics!
ReplyDeleteHappy Hump-Day!
My D: Dark-Horse, Dog Days, Don't Count & More!
It's fun picking them from my dear friend Google :)
DeleteNah, I'm good. Plenty of better water places nearby. And not as hot.
ReplyDeleteI hear they have some sort of air conditioning for the sand in some spots over there, crazy!
Deleteoh yeah!
ReplyDelete:)
(or at least somewhere in india...)
Yeah, I think there's a ton of different types of things to see in India, really cool!
DeleteI probably wouldn't, but it does look like a very cool place!
ReplyDeleteI know, who would have thought to build islands into the shape of a palm tree?
DeleteHm, probably not. It seems like a very "indoor" kind of place. Like Vegas.
ReplyDeleteYes, probably very much like Vegas--crazy themes and adventures inside!
DeleteI know many do, but it doesn't grab me...
ReplyDeleteIt does look fascinating :)
DeleteI'd like to go, just to see if it really is as crazy as I imagine it :-)
ReplyDeleteI think what they've done there is fascinating. Don't they have the tallest building in the world now?
ReplyDeleteI've been, and I saw some amazing things...but next time I WILL go with a man, or not at all. It wasn't that fun being a woman alone, at least not in the area of the city I stayed in (a more traditional Muslim area).
